Very pleased... I created a word cloud online using key words describing my preteen granddaughter and uploaded that image to create the plate. Design took a while but the purchase was simple. She loves it. Fine quality, positioned well, has already survived mac and cheese and washes up beautifully (I washed it by hand for longevity). Great gift idea for kids who are outgrowing toys... ❤️

I had a graphique bug on etsy sofware saying order was ship in 2 box and one of the box has been delivered to an other country but at the end i receive evrything in the one and only box that got to me. Supplier didnt answear when i asked him about the box delivered else were i guess he was unaware of it.
THEY WORKED WITH ME SO THAT MY PLATE WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
UPDATE: they responded to me via messenger, and clarified that they don't respond to emails (presumably other than the initial sending of the plate designs). They are sending a replacement. I've updated the rating in the hopes the product will live up to it! Original review: I placed my order, emailed in my designs, got a confirmation—and then they sent the plates to Florida. I live in CA, and double-checked the receipt to make sure I entered the right address. I did. I emailed them after a week to notify them of an issue and ask for clarification. It's now been two weeks since the plates were supposed to arrive. If I don't hear back in another few days, I'm going to deny the charge on my credit card. Really frustrating experience overall. I just want the plates that I paid them for.
